Rock Candy

Rock candy is a crystal which is edible. Sugar is also a type of crystal. That is why Rock candy is a type of crystal. It is made out of sugar, though you have to wait for a few days.

I used sugar as your main ingredient. My coloring ingredient was orange, spinach, and beet. You would find out more why I used natural fruit and vegetables, because I used natural coloring rather than food coloring.

I blended the orange, spinach, and beet, respectively. Then I mixed them with sugar and put them in jars. I used one cup of water and three cups of sugar.

I put in a stick. And then I had to wait for a few days until the rock candy was done.
