Cheese Project: Scientific Ancient Way
Today was a great day! My cheese project has not failed because instead of having just milk, I got tofu-like jelly. My mom tasted it and she said it was not bad.
I did this project because I thought it might be exciting to see how cheese was formed in an ancient way.
I saw this on a video by Ted-Ed, and I thought it was good. So I decided to try making the cheese myself.
It said it took only several hours in the video, but it was a mistake, because when we finally drained the liquid, it was ten days after the time we put the milk in the jar.
