Acid and Base
I decided to do this because I wanted to try and balance the PH scale.
As I added the ingredients, the color began to change.
I first blended the purple cabbage and filtered with the cheesecloth. And then I added some vinegar, the color turned into sort of red.
I added some baking soda, and it turned blue and purple.
And I added ammonia, it turned green. and I thought it was drinkable.
